With life expectancy changing every year due to different environments, medical advances, and health trends it is hard to say what your life expectancy will be.

However, today I am showing you LIVING TO 100 that does a calculation based on a number of factors to give an estimation of how long you will live.

This site was voted as a top 50 cool site in 2007 by Time magazine and is just interesting if not anything else. This is completely free, no affiliation, no catch. Just fun.

Not only does it give and estimation to your life expectancy, it gives you some nice advice as to how to improve your life expectancy.

  • - Personalized feedback for each of your answers
  • - A Personalized “To-Do” list for you and your physician
  • - A list of things you can do differently and how many years you will add if you do so
  • - The option to sign up to take the calculator again so you can keep track of your answers and see if your calculated life expectancy gets better or worse. We will send you a yearly reminder to come visit us!
  • I tried it out and recieved a life expectancy of 91 years, so I think I am happy with that.

So if your curious, visit LIVING TO 100 and take the life expectancy test.
