On March 15, 2007 Starbuck’s will be offering a free Tall cup of brewed coffee from 10am to 12pm. Don’t expect it to be quick though, reports are that last year people waited in a line for 20 minutes to get a $1 cup of coffee. If you have a not so popular starbucks than you are in luck.
